How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered by courier within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost depends on parcel weight (and volume for oversized goods) and is agreed with the customer by email or phone. Delivery is free from €100.

Can goods be returned?

Yes. Goods that do not suit by shape, size, colour, model, or configuration are accepted back within 14 days of delivery at the Kaunas store, if unused, undamaged, and complete. Defective goods are refunded within 7 days.

Do you have physical stores?

Yes — the store and head office are in Kaunas (Draugystės g. 19), with trade locations in Vilnius, Klaipėda, and Šiauliai. SIA IGNERA operates in Riga, Daugavpils, and Liepāja (Latvia).

What payment methods are available?

Cash and card at the trade locations; bank transfer under contract terms (advance or deferred). B2B customers can arrange deferred payment by individual agreement.

Most products carry a 24-month warranty (some manufacturers apply their own terms, e.g. Timken's 12-month limited warranty); the same warranty applies to B2B and B2C customers.
